Why use me as a coach?

In my coaching practice, I have had clients from an array of professional backgrounds, from students trying to figure out a major, to supervisors looking to move into a management role, to people navigating a career change. I have coached senior leaders and executives, high school students, and folks who are just starting in a profession.

I believe every client is capable, and my job is to ask the right questions, at the right time, in the right way. I really love working as a coach and supporting clients.

My background

My coach training in 2017 was at Royal Roads University in Executive Coaching. I have now attained the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation where I hold membership.

I am also certified in Strong Interest Inventory and MBTI assessment tools.

In 2021, I completed an 8 month Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Course for Coaches, offered by Third Way Leadership. I am a volunteer coach with The Humanitarian Coaching Network and Mission Possible. A strong ally, I am committed to making the world a better place for us all, one conversation at a time.
